About Us
Our Mission
At Tutor4Service, our mission is to enhance education by providing FREE tutoring in communities and use our teaching abilities as an act of community service. We believe everyone is entitled to help regarding education, so no matter what age, gender, or location, we strive to help kids to the best of our ability.
Our team consists of academically excelling high school upperclassmen from the Northwest Suburbs of Illinois. We aim to provide FREE online tutoring sessions in order to improve education EVERYWHERE especially during this COVID-19 situation. We will make sure to the best of our abilities that each student grasps the concepts they come to us for help.
It's as simple as signing up, scheduling an appointment, and taking time out of the day to meet with us. Please join us in our mission to create educational opportunities to all who seek it.

Cibi Vadivel
Co-President
Hello! I'm Cibi Vadivel, a senior at Lake Zurich High School. In school, I am involved in drumline, debate, Tri-M, tennis, and scholastic bowl. In my free time I do physics research, study philosophy (Wittgenstein superfan), and write frankly indecipherable rap lyrics. I am super excited to share my love of learning through Tutor4Service!
Jeanne Yu

Hi! My name is Jeanne Yu and I'm a senior at Lake Zurich High School. I'm involved in Student Council, the girls golf team, Tri-M, Sinfonietta, and orchestra as a violinist. I love to spend my free time doing calligraphy. My strengths are in math, science, and English. I love helping people, and I am excited to lead this organization!
We are happy to announce Tutor4Service has received the Presidential Volunteer Service Award (Gold)!!!
Thank you very much to all of our tutors that continue to work hard and volunteer their time to tutor our kids! This would not have been possible without them! Starting this way back in April 2020, we did not have any expectations for ourselves. However, 4 months later, here we are with over 300+ tutoring hours, over 30 kids tutored, and continuing our journey! We are so humbled to continually be able to provide help to all of these kids and personally connect with them through the power of education.
